While I am scheptical about the vitamins you actually absorb and recieve from this tea it is a flavourful berry tea that is pleasent on a cold day.

I was pleasantly surprised with this herbal tea as sometimes the fruit teas are a little sweet but this one has a lovely flavour. I also like the fact that it has multivitamins so it seems like a really healthy benefit to enjoy this tea. I will be purchasing this one regularly

My personal preference is berry flavoured teas and this will now go on my shopping list! I really enjoyed this as an evening drink. The flavour was great and I didn’t seem to have after-taste issues.
+ PROS: Can be drunk either hot or cold.
