I use a protein isolate from a supplement store but I think this is a great product for people new to protein powders to try and comes in more ‘normal sizes’ rather than my 90 serve tub which can be an expensive investment if your not sure you are going to like it

I really love that it is mixed with water that makes it easier to take out and about.. I am not a huge fan of the flavour, but seemed to keep me full. nice texture. I bought the chocolate one yesterday, so fingers crossed i take in less caleries over a week 🙂

I really liked this. I wasn’t that fond of the flavour though as I am not a fan of Vanilla, but it made me want to see what other flavours are available that I might prefer.
