Whilst it promotes a healthier alternative, I wasn’t a fan of the vanilla flavour, perhaps I would try the chocolate or strawberry flavor. Wasn’t really a thick consistancy so was easy to drink otherwise! Felt somewhat full afterwards.

Whey Protein Isolate is much lower in sugar than this product. I wouldnt choose this protein powder over my regular one as the sugars were still too high for my liking.
