I take probiotics at the moment, but a different brand. I do like this product though, they taste great and are convenient. I probably over-did the trial though, and had a few too many. Which is not at all in the prescribed manner. But life is about risks aye! But, yeah, nah, would probably recommend staying within the limits, as the probiotics are pretty effective in getting rid of wastes, to say the least. Niagara falls.
