It is difficult to tell if there is any difference after taking the product for a relatively short time. However, may give it a go in future. Easy to swallow (OK, I am naturally good at swallowing pills).

I’m not a big purchaser of Vit C products/supplements – but do feel ‘good’ about having a Vitamin C tablet in the morning, before i go to work. I’m unsure of the noticeable benefits, but definitely the psychological benefits

I’m not convinced of the value or benefits of these products. The teens really liked them and ate them, but did they do anything? I’m not convinced.

i wouldn’t buy these because what little science there is around probiotics suggests that if the only ones worth buying need to be refrigerated. So that makes me question whether these ones actually live up to their claims.

I would definitely choose to take these over my normal plain Vit C. Could do with advertising if sugar free etc
