Best sausages i have ever cooked up, great for a meal of sausages and mash.

These are the best pork sausages that are readily available off the shelf in NZ supermarkets etc. Only beaten by my local butcher. I also use these sausages for a toad in the hole dish. If you like sausages try this dish.

These sausages have to one of the worst I have had.first cooked in air fryer skin turned hard and meat dry and hard .taste very bland ,then tried frying with not much better results, will never buy hellers London pride again
