We used to love the products of this brand. We recently bought 10 packs of that product for a gathering. 3 of them had overbaked crackers almost carbonised and uneatable while 2 other packs were shredded almost to dust. Unfortunately we did not keep the receipt. As the company could not be contacted by phone, We sent 2 message to the customer service of the company via their website. Never had a reply!
