This is nice cheese very nutty flavour but crumbled when trying to grate some for Lasagna, the edge of the cheese covered in wax made the cheese edge hard so had to chop up the edge pieces into cubes and melt through sauce in big lumps

+ PROS: really nice nutty flavour good size slice
- CONS: crumbles so hard to grate wax causes the edge to dry
