A lovely tasting cheese, tastier than you standard edam and would be great on a cheese board. I loved it on crackers with pickles and pickled onions.

it has a stronger flavor and softer texture than the standard edam block. if you’re a fan of edam and want something a little extra give it a go

+ PROS: nice flavor and texture
- CONS: the cheese was actually quite wet when i opened the packaging and it needed to be dried off before eating. it is better than the standard block but at that price the increase in quality isn't worth it
