I have no idea how you cook or consume this with the amount of water recommended on the instructions. This was DRY to eat – I had to fill my plate with condiments in order to get through it. Was tasty enough aside from that. Would be interested to try other flavours. I’m not vegetarian but have friends who are, and I am diary free
