Nice flavour and texture. Found them to be very dense compared to our usual premade falafel mix but that’s not a bad thing. Felt like a very filling meal.
A bit less convenient than the premade mixes as you have to add water and mix in a bowl yourself which makes dishes and takes time. But on the plus side you have the option to only mix up as much as you need. Would be good for taking camping as no need to keep chilled. I’d buy these again.

I accidentally added too much water (1cup not 125mls which is half a cup) so pan fried like pancakes and ended up with patties, which we made into burgers instead, best burgers ever, would definitely purchase this product again to make tasty burger patties.
