Our winemakers first craft beautifully rich red wines matured in traditional wine barrels. Then
using our unique double-barrel technique, the wine is finished in aged whisky barrels to build additional layers of complexity and an incredibly smooth finish.
Double barrel cabernet sauvignon has aromas of vanilla, nuts and varietal cassis with ground spice and leafy notes. On the palate, the wine is smooth and integrated, offering a complex mix of cassis and roasted nut flavours, fine textural tannins and great length.
Enjoy with a rack of lamb and chargrilled eggplant.
