We’ve been mentored by master jack and put in some long hours of rigorous training to master the perfect, restaurant-quality dumpling (tasting these pockets of pure joy has been, well… hard work!). Ingredients were carefully chosen as we strived for the perfect taste.

We’ve taken a kiwi favourite and made it extra special by adding the tasty goodness of hoisin sauce (aka yummy chinese bbq sauce!), the perfect accompaniment to this dumpling combo.
