Intense, dark & chocolatey
gusto by name and gusto by nature, the beans in this blend are certified organic and sourced from co-operatives in central america and east africa under the world fair trade organization’s first buyer programme. Brew this intensely flavoured coffee however you like, but try it as an espresso at least once. You’ll find rich notes of plum and dark chocolate with a cherry-like acidity.

The grind has got too fine for my Breville Barista. I love the taste, but I’m going to have to stop buying it as it just won’t pass through the filter any more.
+ PROS: Great taste
- CONS:Grind too fine - it didn't use to be.

Good flavor, but the (espresso) grind is very fine, so it’s very easy to over tamp but making it prone to almost block the flow. Making the new probably more bitter than intended.
+ PROS: Flavor
- CONS:Grind very fine, (is almost powder).
