Brew this intensely flavoured coffee however you like, but try it as an espresso at least once. You’ll find rich notes of plum and dark chocolate with a cherry-like acidity.

I buy them as beans and grind to a fine powder for my bialetti…best coffee

The grind has got too fine for my Breville Barista. I love the taste, but I’m going to have to stop buying it as it just won’t pass through the filter any more.

Good flavor, but the (espresso) grind is very fine, so it’s very easy to over tamp but making it prone to almost block the flow. Making the new probably more bitter than intended.
