A great source of plant-based protein, Bean Supreme Marinated Tofu is made right here in New Zealand using fresh ginger, garlic & spring onion pressed right into the freshly made tofu and then covered in a deliciously silky marinade. at a push, i would buy this product. it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. predetermined opinion. i cooked it in a wok with plenty of veggies and spiced up the sauce with a bit of sriacha.

As a family we tend to have 1 night every 1-2 weeks which vegetarian -the kids have eggs on toast & the parents have vegetarian wellness soups – we don’t eat tofu sorry!

As a Asian, tofu is one of our main sources of protein, and the texture just not what I expected, and the flavour was just so wrong, definitely not my thing.
