A great source of plant-based protein, Bean Supreme Marinated Tofu is made right here in New Zealand using fresh ginger, garlic & spring onion pressed right into the freshly made tofu and then covered in a deliciously silky marinade. I have never really liked tofu but this has changed my perception of tofu. Most of the tofu I have eaten has been quite bland and a soft gelatinous texture. This was delicious
