A great source of plant-based protein, Bean Supreme Marinated Tofu is made right here in New Zealand using fresh ginger, garlic & spring onion pressed right into the freshly made tofu and then covered in a deliciously silky marinade. It was so good!!!! Having it marinated in the pack meant the flavour actually got into the tofu rather than just coating it when I do it myself. The marinade itself was delicious and will definitely buy again. I also like the Bean Supreme burgers – great brand!

It was really tasty. Even my husband (who normally hates tofu) liked it. I think it could definitely go on the dinner menu if my children like it too (yet to try).

It was really good, but I just don’t cook with tofu as it’s not in my repitoire. I do love the idea of using it as a meat substitute in stir frys – but need to get my husband over the line on that still!
