So I was a bit dubious about this, having never cooked tofu before. Im a massive fan of peking duck and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely give this a go!

Seen this over in USA they have so many differnt flavours of tofu – a whole isle taken by them. so good to see it in NZ. cant wait to try them all (full time meat eater)
