The only time i have tried cooking with tofu is when we do My VegetarianFood Bag but it is not a go to product for me. This was however quite tasty but probably not enough to become a staple in our household.

The flavour was really nice so i would recommend it to my vege/vegan friends. I personally didn’t like the texture – could have been how i cooked it – i cooked it as per instructions on packet but it was very ‘wet bread’ in texture
