When I opened the product, there was a lot of powder stuck to the wooden scoop which I had to clean off. I followed the instructions as per the back of the pack for my top loader. I’m not 100% sure what I didn’t like about the product but as it has no smell, it didn’t make my clothes smell fresh (100% appreciating that I got the fragrance free sample)

When I opened my packet I noticed a funny kind of growth on the packet – I am not sure what it is – but it looks like something has leeched through the paperbag – also it was a bit clumpty – am wondering if packaing had got damp somehwre along the way.

When buying laundry powder, I have always got what is cheapest, my husband has seen this at the supermarket and always wondered what it would be like, I personally had not seen it, just went straight past it due to price, I just glance at price and go to what is cheap so don’t actually see products.. this had no smell, but yet it cleaned well.. I might be inclined to try out the eucalyptus & mint and see if it will change my mind on what I buy in future.. I like a nice smell in my clothes..
