If you have allergies be aware, this was the only brand of chicken I thought I could eat due to soy being added to other brands. We got our own airfryer & I went right down to a strict elimination diet of 3 things & found that a 1/2 hr after I ate this chicken I got hayfever & then next day, an obvious light soy reaction. Dug a little. Macro trade soy & they possibly feed these chickens soy… If you are allergic to soy, just avoid chicken totally. People with coliacs also need to avoid eggs as gluten gets into them from the chickens food.
+ PROS: Wonderful if you want less chemicals. Lower in additive allergens as they are natural food...
- CONS:The birds are still eating a GE diet, so you get that thru them. You are what you eat.
