Very nice Arabica roast, not Dark but Medium-Dark, even though this is their darkest (Level 5) roast. It pulls as an espresso nicely and is also good for French press and Turkish, tried it in all those forms. For the price – hardly matched as a supermarket buy.
This is a great coffee for the price. If you like a reasonably strong coffee from your coffee machine this is the one. Not overly rich neither does it have the burnt taste that sometimes coffee can have. Brews up nicely. Only downside is if you dont drink it often enough a 1 kg bag is not the best way to keep it.
