We decided it was time lemonade had a dose of good old Kiwi ingenuity…plus we had quite a bit of rhubarb out the back. It’s the classic thirst-quencher of freshly-squeezed lemonade with a tangy-sweet rhubarb twist. Tastes a bit like we’ve taken Nana’s sweet rhubarb crumble, added a slice of lemon and bottled it. Made with the juice of tangy lemons and the surprising combo of sweet’n’sour rhubarb, it’s a refreshing twist on an old favourite.
Mac’s Sodas are proudly made in New Zealand and have 40% less sugar than leading soft drinks.
Love mac’s gingerbeer and had never tried the lemonade and rhubarb but it was very good nice and refreshing

My son drank this He’s 27 and quite the conossieur of this type of drink He likes it. And mark my words if he doesn’t like a drink you will know. He did state he would not go out of his way to pay money for it with all the other options. But he would always buy the ginger beer in this range
+ PROS: Bottle
- CONS:Lids ok but not his fav type. Screw on would have been better

Nice refreshing soda sweet with a fruity twist. I had it at room temperature but would have been better ice cold!
Appealing colored packaging, fizzy, interesting taste. It would be best enjoyed over ice. Subtle rhubarb aftertaste that reminded us of creaming soda….kids enjoyed it more than adults.
+ PROS: Something new and different
- CONS:Not sold on the taste

My wife bought a 4-pack of this stuff, thinking it might be refreshing.
It took me a good ten minutes of struggling and swearing and I still couldn’t get the lid off!
Nearly cut through my finger before using the handle of a spoon on the ring-pull which then broke off, leaving the lid intact.
A bottle-opener was no good – there is no lip to give purchase.
Eventually gained access by punching a hole in the lid with a chisel.
She can have it – I’m off to get a Heineken 0 to cool me down…
