Summer –
These were what got me through ED recovery (this flavour and the other flavours). I wasn’t used to eating snacks, but these were perfect, especially since it says exactly what’s in each one and how much there is. The texture was really good, and they were a good way to get more energy in when I needed it. Almost a year post-recovery, still munch on these for a tasty healthy snack 🙂
