I really enjoyed these bars and thought they were the perfect size. I would question how healthy they actually are as dates have a very high sugar content (over 60% from memory) . Obviously not having added sugar is a huge bonus and while they tasted great I would class them as a “treat” rather than a healthy snack. My husband didn’t really rate them but he is not a huge fan of this type of snack. I really liked the flavour combination, often peanut caramel is really salty and then really sweet. I thought this was a perfect balance. Teen son enjoyed them, but “not big enough” was his comment. (I disagree there, I think the size is spot on)

I really enjoyed don’t usually buy bars for myself as buy for children but these were like bliss balls so felt like they a healthy alternative
