I tend to occasionaly buy snack bars for treats at workshops I run. I dont by them for our house as we have not kids in the home. I have always assumed all these types of treats are too high in sugar. This was a great treat. LOVE the coconut and date taste

I tend not to buy packaged snacks as I prefer whole food snacks like fruit or cheese – mainly from a health point of view but also to minimise packaging waste. However, my sons did enjoy these and I would probably purchase these as they only have a few natural ingredients.

I regularly purchase another variety of Tasti bar which is not only a great deal les sugar but larger. Thes tiny bars are filling but very high sugar content so I wouldn’t call them healthy at all.
