Wow I LOVED this!!! I have always used Maille Dijon mustard as it is such a versatile ingredient for making dressings and dips and I have always felt the Maille Dijon mustard has the best flavour. The Dijonnaise will now become a staple in our household. Delicious with the perfect amount of mustardiness.

While we enjoyed this mustard for some things, it is still preferred to have Dijon mustard and mayo separate to mix as desired.

While this mustard was nice in my cold meat sandwiches. I tend to go with the cheapest per grams

Which brand I choose out of the brands I selected would also rely on price at the time of purchase

What a lovely flavour, I used it in a caper mayonnaise for fish and wee used it in a sourcream dip and I even put a dessert spoon in savory scones and it added a fabulous bit of zing but none of the bitterness of a powdered mustard
