it was more vinegary than mustardy. it was also quite watery. It was better in cooking than as a condiment, eg in a sandwich

It was a little overpowering in the sandwiches we made, but much better in the sauce I added it to. The vinegar flavour was quite overpowering and the wholegrains often blocked the stopper
