I regularly use the Maille brand of mustard, frequently in recipes and have always disliked scooping spoons full out of jars. This is a nice presentation so long as it does not go watery near the lid over time as other products I have tried have, or pressure project mustard everywhere as you try to use it.

I really like the taste. I would choose a competitors glass jar over plastic for recycling reasons though.
