Taste was too bitter for me sorry it needs some sugar or sweetner not much but some, but my husband enjoyed it as a mixer with his vodka at lunch time which is good as he needs to cut down on his sugar levels.

+ PROS: 0 sugar good for people who are on a low sugar diet or for diebetic.
- CONS: too bitter tasting for me The price is a little to much for most people budgets cheaper to buy a large bottle of sugar free sparkling lemon soda water from other well known brands
