It is recommended to consume the mozzarella at room temperature on its own or with fresh tomatoes (caprese salad), seasoned with extra vergin olive oil and basil or oregano. Delisious on a slice of toast. It goes well with parma’s ham or smoked ham. When product is close to the best before date it would be better to use it cooked, ideal on pizzas or fry with egg (like eggs and bacon), excellent also in the sandwich with champagne ham. Can be grilled and eaten while hot.
