I wonderes how easy it would be to use so I asked my husband who is useless in the kitchen to use it. I was very pleasantly surprised that he could use it without any request for assistance and that the dish turned out delicious. In the past, he has made a complete mess out of supposedly easy-to-cook meals from kits and satchets. It was so delicious that our 8 year old ate the meal. Normally she refuses to eat her father’s terrible cooking. I’m definitely buying the McCormick Grill Mates again! At least I can get a night off cooing once in a while!

I usually create my own marinades and seasonings however this was delicious and for ease of use would purchase again.

I used this on lamb shanks and you couldn’t even taste the flavour after cooked even tho i rubbed it on 4 hours prior to cooking and cooked in an oven bag, i didn;t use the whole packet as the amount of meat was less than stated on the packet.

I used it on my steak as a seasoning rather than ribs but it was delicious. The great thing is it did more than one meal since I didn’t need to use so much.

I think it would have been good if we had the sauce to go with it but the supermarket only stocked the rubs not the sauces.
