I would probably not purchase as while I love meat, it was hard to remember to use this and have the right cuts on hand

I would prefer seasoning in a bottle to reuse rather than open one packet a and then have to store

I used this on a rib eye and it burnt in the hot pan, but tasted fine once scraped off.

I used it to marinade fresh salmon fillets and then fry them and they were delicious, with a hickory flavour that complemented the salmon well. look forward to trying it on chicken, meat and tofu, and to trying the BBQ rubs as well. Nice balance of herbs and spices. Was a hit with the family.

I tend to make my own marinades but I have had Masterfoods marinades elsewhere and quite liked those. I tend to prefer the meat I’m cooking, gain it’s flavour by a more “liquid” flavour.
