I am a fan of grapefruit drinks but suprisingly I found the taste a bit sharp on its own..but used as a mixer it balanced the gin out quite nicely..

Very crisp and refreshing but maybe a tiny bit light on the flavour and a tiny bit too tart. Also the fizz disappears right after you pour it. Which might affect aesthetics if you were using it in a cocktail. Which by the way would be a good use as the flavour of the spirit would peak through…
