Sheree Gross–
Nothing very good to say about this. I thought my hubby had found a bottle of Miami wine cooler, circa 1986. It hadn’t aged well! It was chilled, served in a wide, large glass and been allowed to air before tasting. It wasn’t too sweet, but it had strong apple and vanilla flavours that tasted like added fruit juice and it left a chemical after taste at the end.
+ PROS: A bit of oakiness helped with a recognizable Chardonnay profile.
- CONS:It was a funny colour, more lemony than golden and it tasted artificial. It lacked any of the complexities of McGuigan's real chardonnays which are always good and my go to favourite whites.
