I had already found the Kalo natural Greek yoghurt and am a convert. I love it! The berry one was just fine but I would only buy small ones very occasionally as a sweet treat as I really don’t need that much sugar in my yoghurt. I would probably prefer to get the natural and add berries of my own but this is a good alternative for the odd occasion. The natural Kalo product ticks all my boxes for protein, fat and sugar content.
