IPA drinker generally, it had a slightly sweet taste and lovely colour, for an APA would buy this one again

I’m not the biggest craft beer drinker, more prefer session beers because craft can get a bit too strong/powerful, but i didn’t find the Monteith’s APA too overpowering which was great

I’m not a big fan of the APA however my brother in law is who I sometimes buy for. He enjoyed half of the beer with me and he liked it. For me personally it is a bit too strong on flavour.. However I like the bottle/packaging of it and NZ made is always a bonus!

I’m a big fan of Monteith’s, but not a big fan of APAs, and I felt the taste of this one was a little muddled and heavy – tasted a bit more towards the IPA side of the scale, whereas I like Sassy Red/Golden Lager
