Well that was a surprise! In a good way. Loved the texture and the choc ratio to cookie. It wasn’t dry and crumbly at all -which is kind of how it looked. Great for tramping goodness (doesn’t crumble when packed and moved and tossed around…). Too big for a tea and bikky type snack but I’ll be keeping it in mind for the next track.
