I enjoyed these cookies, we tried the double chocolate, loved that they had big chunks of chocolate. Over lockdown I’ve done lots of baking and personally prefer a bit more crunch to a cookie.

Love freshly baked Mrs Higgins cookies so I was super excited to try these! These didn’t disappoint, there were big chunks of chocolate throughout the cookie and they are perfect dunking consistency in a hot cup of tea.
