Found the night time tablets very effective, the day time tablets were ok. I would still purchase for the night time tablets though as was amazed at how well i slept when using them compared to other brands.

Fortunately we did not need to try this yet. I couldn’t really answer these questions. I found the box misleading, as it says 18 day 6 night. I would think there is enough for 18 days and 6 nights from this

For some odd reason i have not been hit with a cold yet this winter season and i am waiting for it to.hit me hard as being a mother to 3 school age kids i usually get bombarded with all sorts of germs. I love the ingredients in these and like the fact that it is natural. If i feel something coming on i can see for myself how well these really work!

For my kids I would still use an immune support that dissolves in water to drink, but for me the night version was very good (a pitty there were only 6 nights in the package)
