Hard to say if it worked as you can’t compare how bad the cold would have got if you hadn’t taken it! My cold didn’t get too bad so might have helped, also dosed up on vitiman C tablets and lemon & honey drinks so not sure what helped, combination of them all probably!

Hard to make a judgement on this as I wasn’t I’ll or have the chills when sampling this so I’m not sure it’s effective, but I liked that it was natural and chewable

Hard to give it a good review as I was not ill and didn’t require support. However, I did try the night pill to see if it helped sleep at night and felt like it did. I like that the product is natural and supports both day and night.
