I actually got a cold after receiving this so i have taken nearly all the pills when i was sick. I don’t think they made any difference really, i felt the same. I also found them quite difficult to swallow as they are huge. I probably wouldn’t bother buying this in the future and may just stick to a cheaper multivitamin.
