I couldn’t quickly and easily tell from the packaging whether this is supplement to take to boost immunity in general or at times when you are unwell. This is something that Ethics should look into further. I also didn’t find it easy to distinguish between day and night capsules as they are all brown. Nobody in my family has fallen sick since I received my Black box, so we could not really trial the effectiveness of these pills. I did take these for a couple of days and did not it to be of little difference.

I can’t review this product properly as I did have a cold when receiving the blackbox I had an allergic reaction and are yet to determine if this product was what caused it. I will try again next cold and see what happens.
