I didn’t realise these were like a vitamin for when you have a cold. They looked more like medicine (eg Codral) than a herbal/support tablet. I don’t think I liked the packaging for this reason.

I didnt have a cold so didnt need to use it. I prefer to but a vitamin c and zinc immu e support. Also I’m pregnant so couldn’t use it anyway. I prefer to let my comds just take their course.
