I don’t generally buy specific products for immune support, we tend to be a healthy family and eat well. However this reached us at the right time as were having a terrible viral thing going through us. I took these for 3 days and am not sure that I noticed any difference but it is impossible to know. I did love that they were tasteless and easy to swallow (although my youngest did not think they were easy!) I love the natural aspect and the concept of having day and night support. I would advise people about this product as an option for them but probably wouldn’t be something I would buy for myself/my family.
