I found it difficult to comment on this as I took it but wasn’t feeling ill at the time.

I found it a bit confusing as to whether it was for every day or if it was for when you were sick. And whether ok to use with medicated versions of cold and flu tablets at the same time

I felt like the direction of the product was confusing. I would use it as an immune support to try and fight off a cold but I wouldn’t use it as a medicine to make me feel better. I think it should be marketed differently. I gave it to my son when he had a cold but I also gave him coldrex to relieve his symptoms
