I happened to have a cold and it still got to the stage of needing antibiotic. Disappointed.

I happened to get a minor cold just after the black box arrived so was able to use these during that period. I was a little confused about the day/night aspect but once i figured it out it was fine. I could not tell if they made a difference but it seemed like my cold cleared up quicker than I thought it would.
