I have not been able to use this product because I have not been sick in the time period. I do get the flu shot every year also. Great to have on hand though for when a cold does start to come on.

i have just started feeling a bit sick so thought i would give them a go. so far so good. My only concern is how big each capsule is.. i would prefer two smaller capsules than one giant horse like capsule.
