I was (and still am) a little confused about what this product is and when i should take it (preventive? when i have symptoms?) I did have a slight sore throat and took it and went away but who knows – probably would have anyway. No harm done at minimum though but quite expensive for what it is.

I usually purchase the vitamins contained separately but it was good to have in one capsule. the size of the tablet made it difficult to swallow though.

I usually dont get winter ills and chills as i have a high dose of vitamin C each day which keeps them at bay however if I did get a cold/Flu/Sinus infection then i would definitely buy another box

I use these as a preemptive. It is hard to review a product when it’s a preemptive measure. I dont have a cold so that’s good. I will buy this product again a month before I fly to Europe as a immunity booster.
