I’m going to keep taking this over winter and come to a conclusion. I love the idea as it’s natural, but hard to tell if it works as I could of naturally gotten better. Time will tell on this one.

if this was stocked in a health store, and the staff member recommended it to me, I would consider purchasing it. We don’t use products like this – we tend to dose up on high quality vit c, and immune supports like Olive Leaf etc from a health store.
